ICF Meeting on Monday
I will be attending my first ICF Singapore meeting on Monday. The topic is:
Ontological Coaching and Mood Leadership
We are in for another exciting perspective to coaching this month. You will be introduced to one of the most impactful ontological tools: the management of moods. This presentation will provide distinctions to identify moods and emotions that accompany the coaching process. Participants will experiment creating awareness around the core moods that the coach and his/her client brings to the coaching process. You will be offered tools and will practice ways to manage moods to increase your own coaching effectiveness.
Speakers Profile: Helene Seiler
Hélène Seiler, MCC, has 22 years of experience in executive and organization leadership development. She is currently a student of ontological coaching with the Newfield Institute and has more than 10 years of executive coaching experience. As a leadership coach, Hélène conducts 12 to 18 months individual coaching programs for senior and higher middle management of international organizations. She co-authored a book on job search techniques, For Executives Only published in 2007 and has led Helsei Consulting since 1997 a boutique HR consulting firm.
